in the planning, construction and operation of state
large and medium projects, playing his role in the
Construction of State Economy.
In the past few years, Mr. Cai has rendered full-range
legal services to over twenty large and medium scale
State Infrastructure Construction projects: Wuhan
Yangluo Power Plant, Puqi Power Plant, Wuhuang Highway,
Wuhan Changjiang River Second Bridge, etc., which
are essential to the successful construction and
operation of these projects.
¡ñActively
assisting in introducing foreign investment and
rendering high-level legal services involving foreign
elements.
Mr. Cai is Deirector of Wuhan Foreign Invested Enterprises
Association, and is acting as legal counsel of over
thirty world famous companies and the Chinese enterprises
with their investment, like Hong Kong and Shanghai
Banking Corporation Limited Wuhan Branch, Hong Kong
New World Department Store (China) etc., and has
made his contribution to the introducing of foreign
investment. Acting as legal counsel of Wuhan Municipal
Foreign Investment Office, Mr. Cai has played an
active role in rendering opinion to the municipal
government in their decision-making regarding foreign
investment matters, and has gained a lot of praises
from provincial and municipal foreign investment
government agencies as well as leaders of Foreign
Invested Enterprises.
